Text, graphics, layout and code belong to 10 POURCENT or are used with permission. Do not use the Dix Pourcent name to suggest endorsement without written permission. Short quotations for review or news reporting are welcome where French law allows, with the source acknowledged.

Names and marks of other businesses that appear on these pages, such as Google Play, belong to their owners.

Nothing in these site rules limits liability that cannot be limited under French law, including liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury.

Otherwise the courts with jurisdiction over the company’s head office are competent.
